Both office and virtual visits can be scheduled using this portal. Appointments are assumed to be an office visit, unless notified in advance. VIRTUAL visit must be confirmed by calling the office at 410-337-2622 prior to your appointment. A link will be sent to your mobile for the VIRTUAL visit . Please note the reason for your visit in the COMMENTS section.
For NEW PATIENTS please include your DATE OF BIRTH (DOB) in the COMMENTS section. It helps us set up your chart more quickly.
Please complete office registration forms sent to your email at least 24 hours before your visit.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancelled appointments. We reserve the right to limit appointments for no show or repeated cancellations.
