Both office and virtual visits can be scheduled using this portal. Please confirm you are requesting a virtual visit by texting "VIRTUAL" to 833-533-2850. Please note the reason for your visit in the COMMENTS section or call 410-337-2622.
For NEW PATIENTS please include your DATE OF BIRTH (DOB) in the COMMENTS section. It helps us set up your chart more quickly.
Please complete office registration forms sent to your email at least 24 hours before your visit.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancelled appointments. We reserve the right to limit appointments for no show or repeated cancellations.
