To ensure a smooth experience, we've optimized our schedule for one-hour appointments. If you require a longer session, book an available appointment and email us at info@framemassage.ca to request an extension. Appointment reminders will be sent via email only.
Cancellation Policy: No need to stress if you need to cancel! Just log in to the client portal and cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Please note that no-shows will incur a fee equal to the appointment cost. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
