Our Client Portal allows you to book, cancel, and reschedule your appointments at any time.
SPECIAL BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Appointment times in the portal are displayed according to your device’s local time zone. However, the portal may not always automatically adjust for differences.
All sessions are scheduled in Pacific Time (depending on daylight savings).
If you are booking from outside your time zone, please double-check the time on the calendar before confirming your appointment.
2. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, ACH, and other approved options.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled after this window may be charged in full or incur a cancellation fee.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without 48 hours ' notice, the session will be charged in full.
5. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Packages or prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is handled with the highest level of privacy and confidentiality in accordance with ICF professional and legal guidelines.
7. Disclaimer
Coaching psychology services are designed to enhance your personal development, performance, and well-being. They are not intended to replace clinical diagnosis or treatment for mental health conditions.
8. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
