Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment without a fee. A late cancellation or no show leaves a hole in your therapists’ day that otherwise could have been filled with another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment to avoid a fee up to the full cost of the missed appointment.
