Online Booking & Cancellation Policy
Payment is collected at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule your appointment at no cost and your full payment will be applied to your new date.
If you prefer to cancel instead of rescheduling, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable credit card processing fee.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice:
Payments are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
No-Shows:
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
